Guest & Staff Safety is our #1 Priority

The RTB Tours & Shuttles safety procedures are meant to instill confidence in our safety programs and protocols.


    • Restricted capacity to 50% of seats in all our vehicles
    • ‘Do Not Occupy’ signs will be on all unavailable seats
    • Empty seats will be made available between groups
    • Safety barriers installed for protection
    • Hand sanitizers available on all vehicles
    • Facial tissues made available to passengers
    • No touch garbage receptacles on board
    • No food or beverages will be allowed on board (Water bottles only)
    • Personal protective equipment for our staff includes masks and gloves
    • Drivers will be wearing face masks as passengers board
    • Staff will be screened prior to commencing shift
    • Passenger must wear a face mask for the entire duration of the trip
    • Passengers must respond to health questionnaire prior to boarding (can be refused boarding if illness is shown)
    • Contactless payment/gratuities option
    • Detailed passenger list will be maintained for 2 weeks per Alberta requirements


  • High touch point areas are cleaned regularly between trips including:
    • Armrests
    • Seat belt clasps
    • Grab handles
    • Seat tops
    • Dividers
  • Full and thorough deep cleaning completed at the end of each day
